Printing a book may cause some headaches, because you must group the pages in a certain way. Top of the line printers provide the functions you need, but if you intend to print your book at home, using a traditional printer, you will spend some time trying to figure out how to arrange the pages. BookletCreator can organize a document's pages for you, by turning the document into a booklet. If you print a PDF document which was manipulated by this application, you will be able to fold the pages and create a book.

The application works on Windows 2000 and all higher versions and it is available for various Mac OS X platforms as well. Installing BookletCreator is a simple procedure, which takes a few seconds to complete.

Besides targeting a PDF document on the application's interface, you can also make various adjustments, depending on how you want to print your booklet. You may select a certain number of pages per booklet and a sheet size from separate drop menus. Additionally, you can choose to include all pages, specific page numbers or a range of pages.

BookletCreator includes a few more features, which can be very helpful in certain situations. If you want to print your book with a duplex printer, you can set the application to flip back pages. It is also possible to add blank pages to the last booklet. A more interesting feature is the possibility of specifying that your document is written in a right to left language, such as Arabic or Hebrew, so you will not have any surprises when you print it. When your settings are complete, you only need to click a button, located in the lower region of the interface, and your output document will be created in the same format, in just a few seconds.

Pros

The software can arrange a PDF document's pages, so you can fold them into a book, after you print them. You can include specific pages, flip them if you have a duplex printer and more. The user interface is very easy to understand and it takes only a few seconds to modify a document.

Cons

The application works exclusively with PDF documents. If you prepare your PDF documents for printing with BookletCreator, you will be able to fold their pages into a book, without any effort.
